As Professor Williams discussed in the lecture on Monday, The Dragonfly Effect demonstrates how to tap social media and consumer psychological insights to achieve goals. The book of “The Dragonfly Effect” by Aaker, Jennifer and Andy Smith(2010) is recommended for this course, but its official website contains informative articles.
