Would you buy a new car on Facebook?

Probably not. But dealerships are starting to see (and also to question) the usefulness of social media for finding new car buyers. The New York Times recently published this article on local dealerships and their successes and struggles on social media. It’s worth thinking about how their lessons might apply to other industries.

  1. No, but I would definitely check the dealer reviews on yelp specifically if I am buying an used car, also would leave comments on face book
